Processing Times

All orders need to be placed by 12pm CST in order to be processed within 48 hours. Any order placed after 12pm CST will not begin being processed until the next business day.

In-stock orders normally ship within 48 hours unless otherwise noted. However, during times of heavy order volume (especially November and December), orders normally ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. Generally, all items on backorder or out of stock are marked as such on the site or you will be notified by phone or email within 24-48 hours. All shipping transit times quoted are business days (Monday-Friday), not calendar days.

Pre-Orders will ship once the product becomes available. Please note that if you place an order with normally stocked or ready to ship items on the same order as an item which has it's availability indicated as pre-order, the applicable order will be held until the item on pre-order becomes available. If you would prefer to have the items shipped separately please place a different order prior for the stocked items before purchasing a pre-ordered item. Pre-order items typically will indicate the avaialbility date of when the order would be expected to ship, however we can not guarantee estimated availability date.

December 21st will be the last day that we will guarantee an order to arrive by Christmas if shipped UPS 2nd Day.

December 22nd will be the last day that we will guarantee an order to arrive by Christmas if it is shipped UPS Overnight. 

Shipping Methods:

We ship using USPS First Class Mail, USPS Parcel Post, UPS Ground, UPS Express services, and on rare occasions FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. UPS and FedEx Express 2nd Day Delivery available during checkout. All Express Overnight methods are available by phone ordering only!

Free shipping offers exclude international orders.

Note: UPS and FedEx Ground or Express packages do not ship on weekends (only Monday - Friday.)

Expedited Shipping:

We have expedited shipping options available. This includes Next Day and 2-Day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 12pm Central Standard Time Monday-Thursday to receiveexpedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 12pm Central Standard or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday normally ship the next business day. Some orders may be subject to verification of billing/shipping information, and may be delayed because of this.

During times of heavy order volume, especially November and December, expedited shipments may take up to 3-5 business days to process and ship, and shipping dates cannot be guaranteed, so please plan accordingly.

Shipping Policies:

SS Choice, LLC. is not liable for ground or express shipments arriving late due to inclimate weather or natural disaster.

FedEx & UPS DO NOT deliver to a PO Box address. If you wish you use FedEx as your delivery method, please provide a physical address to ensure your product's save delivery.

We currently ship within USA, including Military APO's, and to Canada. Please note that orders shipped to Canada will be charged an additional $35 handling fee and are not currently eligible for free shipping offers. Additionally, purchasers are responsible for assigning a customs broker and payment of all duties on the shipment. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


All returns MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation with the original packing slip or store receipt from an authorized retailer.

All returns require prior authorization and an RMA number. To request an RMA: Login to your account or contact us.

Once authorized, clearly write the RMA number on both the copy of this packing slip and the outside of the packaging. The back of the packing slip must include the following:

  • The name you placed the order under.
  • Telephone number.
  • Email address.
  • Your return shipping address.
  • The reason for the return, providing a detailed explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing.
  • The Customer Service representative name who authorized your return & date (If applicable).
  • Your order number & RMA Number.

Please keep the RMA number and reference it when checking the status of the return.
Procedure to return damaged product, shipped by Freight Carrier, must be authorized by a Customer Service and a RMA is required.  If necessary, the Customer Service representative will give special packaging instructions. Please note that letter-style paper envelopes are not sturdy enough to send small parts and may be damaged and lost. Returns of items purchased should be in a bubble mailer or a box.

Incomplete, unauthorized returns, lack of RMA number or postage due will be refused and will be returned to you. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees will not be credited unless we are at fault. If product is found defective, reimbursement for shipping charges will be issued in the form of a credit.  All freight returned shall be by “ground” (only), no exceptions.

Products That Are Non-Returnable:

  • Product that is not less than 30 days after delivery.
  • Product not purchased direct from My7s.com
  • Product returned without approved "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA)
  • Free Goods and merchandise sold on a non-returnable basis or marked as non-returnable.
  • Unwanted items will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee and shipping costs will not be issued credit.
  • Product denied by Customs- domestic or international.
  • Credit will not be issued for products damaged by fire, smoke, heat, improper handling, storage shipping, or product with broken seals, opened, soiled, disfigured, or consumed.

Return Shipping:

  • Prepaid by customer, unless shipped in error by My7s.  My7s will refuse returned product shipped "collect."
  • My7s will not credit tracking charges or additional shipping charges.

Credit for Product:

  • Based on applicability, it is My7s decision to issue credit for product returned.
  • Product purchased on a non-direct basis cannot be returned to My7s and will not be issued credit.
  • Product purchased direct from My7s will receive a credit within 60 days after the return, with RMA, is received.
  • No cash payouts for returns will be made; store credit only.
  • Unopened and unused product is subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
  • Unopened and unused product will not be issued credit for freight costs.
  • Defective product will be issued credit for shipping charges.
